The Air Jordan 12 University Gold is set to be released on July 24 at 10 PM Eastern Time on Nike and selected stores. This pair of Jordan sneakers will retail for $190.
A singular silhouette and bold color blocking make the Air Jordan 12 stand out amongst MJ’s signature models. But the design is about more than aesthetics—its premium materials and tall mudguard make it one of Tinker Hatfield’s most durable creations. More than two decades after its debut, the timeless look is back sporting bold hues and a nubuck finish. A tonal, black leather upper contrasts with glowing accents of university gold on the mudguard, outsole, and heel to create this crisp makeup.

The Jordan Brand is releasing another new colorway of the Jordan 12 with the Air Jordan 12 University Gold.
These Jordan sneakers feature a simple two-tone color scheme that’s a resemblance of the ‘Away’ PE that Gary Payton wore during the 2004 NBA season – when he was part of the Los Angeles Lakers.
The retro mid-stop sports a black tumbled leather upper with signature stitch detailing, contrasted by a gold finish on the rubber outsole, textured forefoot overlays, and branding elements.
